Ultrasound

Diagnostic Ultrasound

We utilize Diagnostic Ultrasound to accurately diagnose heel, foot and ankle conditions. An ultrasound is an non-invasive diagnostic tool that uses a special probe to take a live image of your foot to determine your foot condition. This can evaluate tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves and bone. The probe emits sound waves into your body tissues, which are returned to the probe once reaching your body tissues and converted to an image. This image is used to diagnose and assists with designing a treatment plan for your foot condition.
